Woman Raped on Train in Philadelphia

Great job quoting one in a million incidents. Now let's compare India to Japan based on stats,in India there's a rape case reported every 15 minute (real figure likely much worse due to lack of India data tracking institution ). How safe is India for woman? how civilized and restrained Indian men are toward woman? How safe is it for woman to walk the streets travel alone ? especially at night?

The typical poor attempt of whataboutism.
This is the post I replied to :
Lets genocide every other race and keep east asians only
Neither your post nor mine mentioned India. Methinks you're the one who dragged India, who's the one using whataboutism then?

I never said there are no rape committed in Japan or in East of Asia,my comment was in general sense. There would be no such nation. What I posted previously is more reinforced by my reply using factual & realistic comparison with a non-east asian nation ,the concept which you try to deny using some standalone cases in history of a nation. You stress on this particular cases of Japan like some major revelation, since it's so rare therein, meanwhile in other countries rape and murder is so normalized that nobody even care.

I really hate this kind of blame deflection attempt by nitpicking issues to sugar paint the overall situation.

You know what Philadelphia looks like? She’s lucky she’s alive. Democrat cities are utter hellholes, you see the most depraved shit. Republicans are evil, hateful racists but at least they have standards.

This is what late stage capitalism looks like when your entire society is controlled by a parasitic oligarchic class gobbling up all of the resources and refusing to invest in society.

Republican cities are ready to deport bananas like you out because you don't look white. You're just a banana. Feel me? There you go. Drink your clorox to cleanse Covid. Haha

I hate both parties, but for different reasons

.
Go to downtown LA by skid row, you’ll see these exact scenes.

FYI, Philly is mostly a Republican city. So a slap on your banana face? There're far more places nicer than skid row. If you look at LA through just your microscope on skid row, you're just a frog thrown into a well by the Republican whites.

1. From where did you get that figure ?
Leonid I. Abalkin, a top economic adviser to Mr. Gorbachev, said the figure included expenses for manpower, weapons procurement and research, except for some scientific research with a possible military application. He said the figure represented 9 percent of the Soviet gross national product.
Source
This cites a figure around 15-17%. This gives an upper-bound of 30%.
2. Did that translate into 934 billion dollars for just one year ?
For Fiscal Year 2021 (FY2021), the Department of Defense's discretionary budget authority is approximately $705.39 billion ($705,390,000,000). Mandatory spending of $10.77 billion, the Department of Energy and defense-related spending of $37.335 billion added up to the total FY2021 Defense budget of $753.5 billion.

I get this figure on Googling. And not considering inflation, even then it amounted over 128 billion dollars.

3. Was the USSR military a defensive one or an invasions-oriented one like the American ?

4. Did the USSR not spend on its welfare-based society ?
But the Soviet authorities, who once denied that poverty existed in their country and pronounced it an evil of capitalism, now say that tens of millions of Soviet citizens - at least 20 percent of the population - live in poverty, compared with about 14 percent in the United States. 'Our National Tragedy'

Their condition has drawn a remarkable amount of attention in the Soviet press in the last year, with frequent letters from poor people bemoaning their misfortune and articles by economists and sociologists blaming the Government for neglecting the problem.

5. The extremely Capitalist India has been for a decade the world's second-largest importers of weapons and Modi has just three or so days ago declared his intention to make the Indian military the largest in the world.
Not a question for me. I don't espouse Indian system as a perfection for mankind till eternity.

Not in the inner city. Philly is deep blue. The Democrats are incompetent, they are very corrupt, weak on crime and weak on law and order. Those are just facts.

Btw I’ve lived in all kinds of environments, from inner cities to rural areas. Rural white people can be suspicious and racist but to be honest when they like you, they are more genuine in their friendship than big city white liberals from my experience.

wow looking at the video above, if it was not for the people in the video it might have looked something right out of a third world country :o

I would say it’s worse. Because in third world countries, you have poor people living in slums but many still have intact families and are working hard to improve their lives. While in the US, these people represent a real underclass who are too broken by drugs, poverty and society to do anything positive in their lives. I consider them more like zombies than functioning humans really.

First of all, it is not a "singular" incident.
Joji Obara - Wikipedia
Joji Obara (織原 城二, Obara Jōji), born Kim Sung Jong (Korean: 김성종; hanja: 金聖鐘)[1] is a Korean-Japanese serial rapist who may have raped anywhere from 150 to 400 women. In October 2000, he was charged with drugging, raping and killing British national Lucie Blackman, the manslaughter of Australian national Carita Ridgway, and with raping eight other women.[1][2] He was jailed for life on multiple rape charges and manslaughter, but was acquitted of Blackman's rape and murder for lack of direct evidence. In December 2008, the Tokyo High Court found Obara guilty on the counts of abduction, dismemberment and disposal of Blackman's body.[3] Blackman's death, as well as Obara's trial, received high press coverage in Japan and internationally, especially in the British media.

Secondly, comparing stats of two very different cultures are is useless. In "woke" Scandinavian countries, even minor assaults are likely to be reported not so much in Japan. While the true numbers maybe better than third world countries, I don't believe it to be an utopia.

Last but not least, even going by stats Japan had not constant low reporting since the dawn of civilization but they declined steadily in modern times once the education and development picked up pace, much less to do with the race.

That's why there has to be a man with the women when they go outside. Islam has solution to everything

It is the culture and society. Unlike the US and India, Chinese girls can and do go out clubbing or to the mall at midnight with perfect safety.

China has a very vibrant nightlife culture and also the girls are fashion conscious. They don't need a man with them every second to be safe:

I remember a shanghainese girl tell me before that in south China, it is very safe for women to even go walking alone in midnight. But it wasn’t so safe in areas like Northeast China.

There are more liquored fuel fights in the Northeast but hardly unsafe for women -- my wife is Dongbeiren. That said Northeast girls are tall and also into fighting just like their men.

1. Why are you constantly giving Western-governments-aligned sources ?

2. In the FAS report it is just an estimate ?

3. 128 billion, even coming from the discredited Gorbachev, is still less than the 934 billion of USA.

You are providing a list that contains Korea and Afghanistan and you think it can be considered credible ? So you wanted Korea to be overrun by Capitalism ( as if extreme Capitalism in USA and India wasn't enough ) and Afghanistan to be overrun by regressive, oppressive and Capitalist local and transnational criminals supported by Western governments and their allies and most of whom formed Al Qaeda and Taliban later on ? Come on...

But the Soviet authorities, who once denied that poverty existed in their country and pronounced it an evil of capitalism, now say that tens of millions of Soviet citizens - at least 20 percent of the population - live in poverty, compared with about 14 percent in the United States. Again the New York Times and Gorbachev. :) But from that very source :
Soviet citizens complain uniformly that the economic restructuring Mr. Gorbachev is trying to implement has so far led only to shortages in the stores and a rise in prices. No one has felt these changes more drastically than the poor, who find that inexpensive goods, ranging from food to soap, are nearly impossible to come by. Soup Kitchens, a 'Strange Idea'

I will reply to this later.
