Woman kills 17 in botched plot to kill husband

.
I'm not a lawyer, but I think her case is weak especially after so many people are dead because of her actions.

@DESERT FIGHTER Need your legal expertise here.

You don't need a lawyer.

Poison is traceable.
How did one acquire it
The nature of poison will determine the time of death.
Circumstances would have this woman hanged in two proceedings.

But it doesn't really matter in a country where corrupt officials engineer the law and more morally corrupt defend them.

We have seen war for the past 16 years. We are walking talking PTSD patients if you go to that level. By that logic all we need is someone from PDF to go on a shooting rampage on the parliament.

Defending the indefensible is yawn yawn holloween yawn.

We don’t know what kind of mental or emotional torture she may have gone through

and the 17 dead and their families - what about them? Forced marriage is no excuse to do this kind of damage. She had other venues and running away was one too. She had male support as well. If she could plot poisoning, she could've plotted her escape or divorce. Maybe all she had to was act crazy and break things every other day .. to really play the part of being mentally unstable.

a twelve year old girl

article say Seven year old girl ...

You guys are going to say I’m a feminist - I’m not justifying the murder, what I’m saying is the forced Marriage could’ve left her to take extreme measures. The latter however is more effective and is more accounted for.

@Garfield You still need to arrange my ISI agent meeting lol

12yeah old has a husband? No I don’t understand it..the loss is high and I did say there’s no excuse

No. I meant her husband. Initially he didn't drink the milk she gave him, but later drank the lassi and also died. I thought he avoided death at first.

. . .
If she was angry with her parents, they should had been the target of her vengeance, why the husband and his family? The husband might even not be aware that this is a forced marriage or that his wife loves someone else.

Why the continuous sympathetic explanation of the forced marriage then? From what I can discern so far, your opinion is that while the woman carried out what she did, she herself was a victim.

My opinion, as of now she is NO victim. Her victim hood status ended for me when she started plotting MURDER. While everyone would agree forced marriages are a problem, however in no way shape or form should one start rationalizing, sympathizing and even empathizing with a person that took 17 lives. As far as the reasoning that such and such might have drove her to murder, lets not forget ... many serial killers who do terrible and heinous things come from very dark and disturbed pasts and are in fact victimized at some point or another ... These explanations should only be given at a scholarly forum where the discussion is strictly psychological.

She should be dead as soon as possible . Such cases can't be tolerated , she had many other legal ways to free her life but murder ? Nd that too caused many lives .. no !
This all actually also makes her an adulteress , I'm sure her husband would've been loving but she deceived him , that's so sad . It's a confusing lol

@Garfield

Apparently her husband should have consulted a good hakeem. That's all. This love shove dramy bazi, have a lover don't want to marry, is hormones talking. Blunt and disrespectful .... yes .... but that is what took lives of 17 people.
