Wire Transfer via Banks In Pakistan

This post is to discuss about wire transfer through Banks in Pakistan.

I have ask from public relation agents of three Banks. But I could not find any option among private Banks through an individual can do money transfer for foreign service/ individual personal account in abroad etc exempt education & health. Pakistani banks only working for remittance from abroad only.


So for this only Western Union doing this job.

If any one here could have best suggestion in this regards.

I see some indian and bangladeshi banks have either their own money exchanges in US or partners with a bangladeshi money exchanger here. I haven't came across a Pakistani one yet.

Bhai I have standard chartered Bank accounts.
I purchase plants and seeds from America and England . Usually people there give me their bank account number and name and I can transfer money to their account.
Those websites that have the system of entering credit card also diduct money easily .
It allows us to do online shopping very easily from abroad .
Even when I have to send gift to my cousins in England. I purchase stuff from english website with my Pakistani card and in dilever wrote their address .
Ask them.. Open a bank account and transfer money easily.

Not cleared yet, actually I am doing estimate for future requirements.

I hope when after marriage I will moved towards Canada then my first priority is to get my account then hopefully i will transfer minimum 40 to 50 lac pkr for down payment for mortgage to establish my life & get my apartment.

And when I completely settled then I will try to get my 2nd apartment at once as per scenario after sale my entire property because my child's never liked to move from 1st world country to 2nd world.

So I am doing estimate, but currently I am doing estimate & method to deal the issues.

Moving from one country to another is not a simple task. For this many things need to setup.

And if I will not get a good family then I will setup my life in Pakistan.

That's good but if ever I required such transfer then I will send money for my personal account in Canada or USA.

So this confusion is not cleared, I have talked to ABL senior official who is my neighbor, he also told me that via Banks only education & hospital fee will transfer, and with personal relationship with bank manager you can send 100 to 200 $ but not exceeded.

So we don't have legal channels via permanent bank account. As per my current knowledge.

In UBL only USA available in destination list, Canada is not included as per their bank policy.

WU is very expensive way ... I suggest you to contact State Bank of Pakistan with detail as you explained. I am sure you will have a way according to your special requirement.

You are right, we need to visit banks & get assistance when we need to do macro transactions. Then after analysis we can sort out.
