Many indians think and majority of pakistanis dont know whether pakistan has wind tunnel facilities or not

The oldest wind tunnel facility dates back to 80's when Pakistan started Missile development program
And DESTO was being appointed to do the design work

DESTO was established in 1963 to serve the Armed Forces of Pakistan by undertaking basic research and reverse engineering. They operate the wind tunnel, the only facility of its kind in the country.

This laboratory is equipped with a supersonic wind tunnel, and three other air flow facilities. A subsonic wind tunnel equipped with a six component balance is fully operational. State of the art hot-wire anemometer and Laser Doppler.

Im sure SUPARCO And NESCOM have Wind Tunnels for research and for testing Missiles and SLVs!

The other Wind tunnels are for Army called Vertical Wind Tunnel which is used for training Soldiers to Skydive and flying with Military Equipment!

One supersonic and two subsonic wind tunnels for training and Project/ Research work are main attractions in this Lab, which can be used to investigate flow over various types of geometries / configurations. The super-sonic wind tunnel has provision for 2 x 2 inches and 4 x 4 inches test sections and is capable of producing flow in the range of 1.6 to 3.75 Mach Numbers. It is equipped with SCHLIEREN system for shock wave capturing and is a useful aerodynamics educational tool. The subsonic wind tunnels have test sections of 3 ft x 2 ft and 1 ft x 1 ft respectively. Subsonic wind tunnel can test scaled models of lifting bodies and has a computerized data acquisition system that can measure forces and moments around three axes. Flow Visualization Apparatus (Smoke Tunnel); Free/Forced Vortex Apparatus, Laminar/ Turbulent flow apparatus, Laser Doppler Anemometer (LDA) and Hydrogen Bubble Flow Visualization System are some of the other main equipment in Aerodynamics Lab. ​

Things not disclosed is not the same as not having them, certain things are better kept under covers, and trust me there are many. One good outcome of Kamra incident is thickening of these covers, which took much fun out of this site, but personally I am all in favour of them.

The US State Department tells its Beijing post that in December 2007, the China Precision Machinery Import-Export Corporation (CPMIEC) and China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics (CAAA) concluded a contract to supply Pakistan a trisonic wind tunnel which is controlled by the MTCR. “We believe Pakistan may intend to use this wind tunnel... to support missile-related research and development in Pakistan.”
