If you paid little attention to our policy,you could easily find out: we are impossible to change our policy. The reason is simple: Before we make a final policy and implete it,specially SCS policy involved in international situation,our officals and experts have studied all possible situations and evaluated them fully for decades,the USA response is obviously not out of expectation. In my view, USA is stupid to step in such conflict, the SCS conflict is none of their business, in fact, what the warm hearted USA did is nothing about justice or helping Philippine or Vietnam,their goal is obvious,USA just want to make some cards in SCS to play with us,this card cost their nothing except some mouth support,if they are lucky,they can change other interest with China in other aspects by this lucky card like they did in TaiWan card,they sell TaiWan weapon for big money and they sometimes postpone selling TaiWan wenpon for changing international interest with China temporalily,they get much benefict from both sides,USA is indeed a very good busniess man who disguise as a country.
