Will China accept reality of Scs

. .
I think China need to rethink about non interference. These smaller countries only respect power. Do whatever is require to keep these smaller countries in check is necessary.

Capability build-up is definitely an important thing and I am happy to see China has finally began to take some concrete steps in ECS, SCS, across and beyond the Second Island Chain.

Obviously, these (especially punitive) capabilities are to be used if there is a necessity to do so, but, that better be the last resort. In any case, direct assault on a country's regime might also be disastrous for the attacker.

Arab Spring and the ensuing terrorism has yet to touch the US due to geographic distance, but, it already started to take a toll on the Europe.

I am not referring to attacking them unless they become aggressive or start the shooting first.. But what China does best is using economic means to shut them up. Example, the banana boycott with PN. Those are minor, but China can really fxxk them up with something bigger should it be required.

Exactly. If they start acting up, it is perfectly legitimate to punish them lightly through soft measures. China should definitely reserve the capacity and capability but needs to be very selective and prudent in using them punitively.

Making a wh*** out of financial sanctions like the US regime has done is ultimately counter-productive.

Communism failed because no one able to implement it perfectly.
Wrong. There is one type of successful Marxist/communist society -- the monastery.

:coffee: You must be living in your own world. Why people always like to use 'IF'. There is no 'IF' in history.
Of course there is. We need 'if' to teach future generations. We cannot change the past, but to show future generations our mistakes, we must show them alternatives.

I don't care whether you think I'm coward. But you (as your country) killed some many people because of ideology and so-called freedom. Thank you for your contribution, Mr. World Police.
And communists have not killed any ?

Again, because you are those who always think your thing is always the best. Some problem better let those people solve it themselves. Even US used some excuse to start wars.
I may think my ways are best, but unlike Marxists, we democrats prefers to use persuasions instead of force to spread our beliefs.

China don't have to promote anymore (we are talking now, year 2015, not just post-WW2). She already proved that there is a system (hybrid or whatever) suitable for her. Every nation have to find their own path.
Of course every people should find their own path. Too bad some are too mule headed to change their ways even when their ways fails. How long did it took China to realize a communist economic system was unworkable ?

Again, I'm talking about year 2015, not post-WW2.
Again, the past is a pretty good indicator of future behavior. If China used racial ties to encourage overseas Chinese to betray host countries, most likely China will do it again. The Asians countries have not forgotten.
