why such behavior with us?

to all members of this forum please contribute heavily to this discussion.
we overseas pakistani population who love there country.
earn day in day out and sends most of it to pakistan.
i need everyones help in something that i m not first one to suffer from.
our land in pakistan is in danger of being grabbed.people even threatening to kill us.
our fault is we live overseas
next to our land some afghani thugs live making a small village of 4/5 homes. they have there eyes on our land.
police too doing nothing.
do we need to discourage people investing in this country.
some worm for his pound of flesh destroys the whole reputation of our country
i reached to everyone no response.
i m just upto my neck now.
please help if anyone can

Its sad case on one hand govt encouraging overseas Pakistanis to invest in Pakistan with their hard earned money but on the other if they facing such what we can expect ? @ali_raza dont forget to register your complain on citizen portal they are much helpful than any govt dept @Dubious @war&peace @Verve

As suggested by @Khafee write to CJP and COAS both in detail and send letters by DHL. Do submit on the government portal as well.

Personally I would take a different course of action but I wouldn't advise on that.

You/someone needs to meet the DPO of your district and then you’l see some action otherwise not much else to do

On the portal, do say that you intend to CJP and COAS as well if no action is taken by the government.

I don't think that's right thing to do because there's no mechanism. It's not the domain of army.
To involve the CJP, you have to file a case in the court. But what I see this as a normal administration related issue and hence police & CM are the most relevant people to involve and in case they don't react, then PM office can also be involved.
I have some assets in Pakistan but thanks to my family, I have not faced any such issues.

I was having home and land issues and my brother in laws close friend is a head constable or something

Crap that was taking alot of running around to sort out suddenly became a lot easier everytime this guy turned up and flashed his card

my point is how we make this country a better place when no one is ready to help people who imvest here.
i can give u soo many examples about other countries where people help u arrange things for u. so people feel comfortable in putting there money there.
we will be first then 100 more will follow my dad.
until how long we gona tolerate this behavior of greed.

Bhai facing that too in Karachi over 4 plots under illegal encroachment case in court over 40 years but i m surprised that such thing happen in Punjab as well
