PMLn is very similar to MQM. Previously, only PPP used to be truly federal party but Zardari has destroyed it and made it only Sindhi. Now only PTI is the federal party with significant presence in all provinces.

Get them sulking to, incorporate them, take out the exploitation/sympathy factor by getting close to them and then disarm them politically. Think this could be a good move in long term...
