Why pakistan can't make anything 100% made by pakistan ? Why we produce only copys ?

In generel entire industries of Pakistan should be implementing kind of Lean in their manufacturing processes. Also in the military production complexes aswell. A couple of Billons of $ could be saved their....

Once I read about a guy visiting some military production complex in Pakistan, and he noticed how slow people were working. When he talked with a chief engineer about it, he laughed and said, if we start working as we should then we can produce 3-4 times more then we do right now. We are fine with the way things are right now.....
