Why is Kannada,karnataka and kanndigas don't have enough recognition?

Well, my point was that Karnataka hasn't been treated fairly when it comes to water rights on the rivers that flow out of Karnataka.

And the sad part is that, it isn't going to change much even with National River Linking Project - since Karnataka, on average, is at higher elevation than the south-eastern states.

BTW, isn't Rajahmundry at the mouth of the river? Not a fair comparison with upstream Nashik - although I agree that the river grows in volume as more tributaries join it.

I think the lower riparian states get the surplus allocated else the water would just flow into the sea. But I agree the water tribunals needs to adopt better / real time info for the awards.

A state like kerala which is smaller than karnataka has its unique identity.
Why doesnt karnataka have one ?No one seems to be bothered that there is a language called kannada or people called kannadigas.

So your suggestion is...Kannada should be made an independent country? There are people who have been sponsoring this, plus independence of a few mote Southern Indian states and Khalistan!! Why so much separation like activity?
