Why is Christianity growing so quickly in Iran?

No point of becoming a christian unless you want to take benefits. Islam says the same things as christianity but its far more rational.

Instead of blanket statements why don't you give examples as how Islam is "more rational".

Christianity has tons of miracles that today do not make sense. Surely islam has miracles too(every religion has)but i think that no religion has so many supernatural things as christianity. Even today, to become a saint, you need verification that you have done at least two miracles. Islam on the other hand focuses more on spiritual issues.
Then you have the issue of worshiping Jesus and the icons of Jesus. That is a christian version of paganism. In the 8th century, in Byzantium there was a civil war between the people who thought that these tactics were paganism and those who thought that it was not. The "paganists" won. Islam rejects any kind of worship of Muhammad
Islam is accused as a violent religion because of jihad but in fact again they are more realistic here. When they fight you, you must fight them. Islam tries to regulate violence while christianity rejects it which means that christians disobey their own rules when they use violence

I must point this out... Icons has nothing to do with Christianity... Tell me where in the Bible is it allowed.. Instead it is sin and a forbidden thing to do...

No where the Bible says that icons are allowed. On the contrary paganism is forbidden. Icons and statues are a later addition when Constantine the great merged grecoroman dodekatheism and christianity. Regarding miracles i agree that philosofically speaking god can do whatever he wants. But when "miracles" are performed in churches that is not gods intervention. Or at least people cannot believe that these are truly miracles.

I bet if Iran has open media and no censorship on TV, then waves of Iranians will turn out to be atheist, Christians and Sunnis. It's hard to control people minds and desires especially these days. Almost all the Iranians who live in the US are atheists and Christians. The Iranians must ask themselves why all these folks are converting easily to another religion?
As I previously added, the problem is inside Iran not inside those who converted from Shia or whatever.

I'm not sure what you are referring to some miracles happening in churches... But miracles happen everywhere... And if you don't believe in them of course then they won't happen to you

I say both sides. There is no more a middle way. Now a days you are more likely to find either a total atheist or total radical. There has been growth on both sides of the spectrum. Moderates are becoming lesser day by day.

I can give you proof it's true:

1. Word day is mentioned 365 times in Quran.
2. Predictions have come true, such as saying society will become obsessed with sex, lying will become common place, Muslim's will be despised, etc.
3. Islamic empires have been the most successful and powerful empires in history.
4. Muhammad (peace be upon him) could not read or write, therefore it is impossible for him to have written the Quran himself.

I have to agree. Considering Atheism/agnosticism/theism is not a religion.

It is difficult to say if Islam or Atheism/agnosticism is the fastest growing ideology/belief however.
Some research indicate that Islam is growing faster, other research indicate that Atheism/agnosticism growing faster.
Personally, i think the more available communication,technology,knowledge and science is becoming. The faster Atheism/agnosticism is going to grow.
