What's new

why india is arab league observer member but not pakistan ?

Because we don't sell our souls to the devil.

Backbone to stand up for something cannot be compromised if it is a cause that is important to you. When your moral compass leads you in a direction, no amount of money can convince you to go astray if you believe in that cause until the day you die with absolute conviction and belief.

The ones who are led astray go astray because they have no moral compass to correct them when they go wrong.

Every country makes mistakes and bad decisions, but the important thing is that you follow your moral compass to correct those mistakes and bad deeds to go back on the right track towards a good future.

Why are people who are opposed to caliphate reference the very Arab states responsible for its demise as a reason not to have it?

You are a smart man. Surely you understand that the men who lead Arab countries today are the sons of same traitors that betrayed the Ottoman Caliph? Thier actions then and now are against the concept of Ummah. The same is true of the Persians who have an even longer history of betrayal.

We are neighbours so we should deal with Iran and Arab states, but thier long term interests and ours do not align.

Fact is, apart from a VERY VERY small insignificant minority, nobody cares or even remotely wants the Ummah. It doesn't exist.

Ummah has been dead for centuries, if it EVER did exist. Pakistan is still here........... :azn:

Yeah right. I'm a Pakistani myself so I'm not going to say anything bad about my own country, but Pakistan is not even a century old, while the Ummah is 14 centuries old.

What Ummah? Where does it exist? Who are it's leaders? There is NO evidence for any of your above claims.

The ottomans were no angels either and corrupt to the core. The world is not black and white and especially Pakistanis shouldn’t take one side blindly.

They can observe their senseless meetings, who cares? If their decisions are important-they aren’t most of the time- the rest of the world would notice. So no big deal missing angry Arabs shouting at each other!

Erdogan, Imran, Mahathir when he was Malaysian PM

Don't play by their rules. Ummah is not a political entity or a state. Ummah is a spiritual community. Our leaders are our Imams, our Sufis, our Pirs, our Ulama, our saintly religious leaders and elders, not corrupt politicians

In case you haven't noticed, these are the leaders of their respective countries of Turkey, Pakistan and Malaysia. They are NOT the leaders of every single Muslim country/Ummah. Imran Khan and Erdoğan are NOT the leaders of Iraq and or Saudi Arabia. Read up on it.

Tell a Iraqi, Saudi or Emirati Muslim that they have a spiritual Islamic connection to Pakistani or non-Arab Muslims. See what the response would be.

Folks just because Pakistan doesn’t waste its time at senseless meetings with useless Arab „leaders“ it doesn’t mean that the Ummah is dead. Statements like these are not helpful.

Muslims have issues with each other and I honestly don’t like those „Mashallah-Itaqillah“-Akhis because often they use a religious cover-up for their Ego. I am holier than thou attitude it is.

I walk through the streets of Munich and I see another Muslims - not necessarily Pakistani - he will smile at me and say Salam. This is Ummah. The sympathy we feel for another Muslim in need even though we ne know we cannot help him. This is Ummah. The feeling at the mosque when you pray with Asians, Arabs, Turks, Pakistanis, Afghans, Africans all together even though our leaders hate each other. This is Ummah. We just need to act on our foundation.

This doesn’t mean that Pakistani army is the mercenary of the Muslim world or that Arabs are the Bank account of the Muslim world. We need strong Muslim nations and they must do what is best for them! Think global but for the love of god act local. Make Pakistan great, so our foundation myth can inspire the whole Muslim world to thrive like no one else!

We will achieve it inshallah, it’s just a matter of Time!
