Why doesn't punjab ban mujras?

According to MQM, mujras are happening in every other house in Punjab, I dont know if this statement is true, but the reality is that they are happening in a lot of places. Many of these vulgar mujras are on youtube. why do the so called Islamic people of pakistani allow such things?

I had a indian sikh friend and he was shocked what was going on the pakistani side of punjab, because in Indian punjab these things dont happen according to him

Heera mandi khatum nahi kar sakay to Mujra kaise khatum kar skate hain. We couldn't eliminate heera mandi from Lahore and you talk about mujra

Mujras are rare in Punjab but you can easily get it if you have contacts. Just like wine is forbidden in Pakistan but you can easily get it

I feel Punjab is still conservative in comparison to Karachi so no doubt such things are happening all across Pakistan but slightly more in Karachi for her being the economic hub of the country and the bigger city
