Because some of them look a little funny, and are not quite that technologically advanced.

A lot of them are also upgrades of old weapons rather than new ones.

Maybe because Iran doesn't have a good track record of using those weapons. Use them and show the results. Then people may change their thought habit.

Because west is doing a well paid propaganda against Iran and making it look like a failed state as Iran is not aligned to them but at the same time west is crying at Iran developing new weapons.

In the recent times there were 3 main anti terror operations in the world. 1. Tribal region of Pakistan fought by Pakistan Army and ended in a success. 2. Iraq west fight against ISIS USA lost Iraq to ISIS and Iran took back Iraq from ISIS. 3. Afghanistan USA and NATO fighting and have not achieved success in 17 years. From this one can understand which countries are good at using weapons and which are not.

Because even the developed countries with the most advanced technology don't inaugurate weapons from time to time they take long time to develop new weapon or modernize old one unlike iran which they reveal many weapons each year

Like it or not but this is the world reality. North has more subs than any one and that is why USA is never going to attack them. Sad but world is not just as media shows it.

This is a midget submarine and quite advanced for its own class having all the equipment you can fit in such a small hull including 2x533mm torpedoes. It is one of the most quiet ones and really hard to detect according to western sources, suitable for shallow waters of Persian Gulf were it is supposed to operate.

Maybe you should first define "advanced" to see if your expectations of advanced fits a submarine of this size. Or maybe you judge how advanced a submarine is by its size?
