Cow is sacred for hindus and food for Muslims. Why Muslims have to follow hindus? That isn't secularism. India is a dishonest country...

In pakistan places where Hindus are majority it's illegal to slaughter a cow or have any places dedicated to slaughtering

If the Muslim minority does it, I think people beat you up or something, besides local politicians in those areas are powerful in Thier areas they will give you a software update for slaughtering cows

Not in Bangladesh. We don't have any problem if hindus slaughter pig to eat and they don't have any problem if we slaughter cow to eat...

Killing someone for food habits is not justified and I don’t condone it. Sadly people with ignorance or with a motive take law into their hands and engage in such acts.
But religious beliefs do play an important role in eating habits across the world.
Muslims don’t eat swine. Drinking alcohol too is not allowed in Islam but is part of few other cultures. Likewise there are scores of other religion based habits.
That doesn’t make a food Islamic/Hindu/Christian etc.

The menu of almost all Indian restaurants in the West is full of endless list of meat items like Kebab, Tandoori, Korma, so on.

Whereas in India people get killed for eating meat items because Hindus consider animal meat as Muslim food.

So this begs the question, why make money serving Muslim food to Westerners while you kill minorities at home for eating same food? Isn't it kind of hypocritical?

I guess this is the situation in UK which I'm not familiar with, but in North America every Indian restaurant, regardless of whoever runs it (Sikhs/Hindus/Muslims), serves very similar menu full of beef and mutton dishes, which have become "the face of Indian cuisine", and I find that kind of weird because Indians get killed for eating the same food back in India.

So at last you believed!!!
