On December 7, 2016, Al-Naba'a, an Arabic-language journal belonging to the ISIS terrorist organization, published an interview with a leader calling him Amir al-Hesba in Sinai.

Rumeya, another magazine also issued by the organization, published an interview with ISIS militant who threatened to target Sufi Zawiyas (corners) and mosques in Egypt.

The leader of ISIS, who was also known as Abi Musab al-Masri, identified 3 Mosques of Sufism and threatened to target them.

This is in reference to Al-Rawdah Mosque in Sinai, which witnessed the massacre last Friday, killing 305 worshipers, the Arab Zawiya in Ismailia and the Saoud Zawiya in Sharqeya and Ahmadiyya Zawiya in Sinai.

ISIS organization in Sinai shared many photos of this leader. Sources told Al Arabiya that the photos confirm he is Mohammed Magdi al-Dula’ei, a young Egyptian man the Muslim Brotherhood group claim disappeared since 2015.

Information about this young man may be the beginning of the thread to reach the perpetrators of the massacre.

Investigations revealed that his full name is Mohammed Majdi al-Dula’ei, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood group, and that he was born in Riyadh.

Maher Farghali, a researcher in the affairs of Islamic movements, confirmed to Al-Arabiya that al-Dula’ei was studying at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, and disappeared since January 2015.

He appeared again in March 2017 inside Sinai, specifically in the village of Rumaneh, in Be’r Al-Abd, and that he is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood group.

In a visual transmission called "Nour al-Sharia," by ISIS organization airing in March, the al-Dula’ei threatened the Sufis and their leaders and gave them a period of time to repent considering them infidels, because they follow their sheikhs, obey them blindly, and take blessings in the shrines.

He specifically threatened followers of Ahmadeya Seynaweya and Al-Jareeria sects.

Capturing al-Dula’ei will lead to the perpetrators of the massacre, and may uncover many other surprises hidden in the details.

For some reasons,I believe current emir of Qatar is not a bad person,he is young and want change, focus on internal issues. But his father hamad is still in charge and I do think Hamad's step down in 2013 is just a fake show,he is still the real ruler of Qatar together with Hamad bin Jassim. The hamads have no interest to make peace with neighbouring countries and continue to support political islamists in the world

Well, that theory is a theory that many people within the GCC, Arab world and even within Qatar (those that disagree with the current foreign policy) agree with. Also have in mind that the previous Emir (Hamad) took power from his own father in 1995 in a coup d'état. His father (Khalifa bin Hamad al-Thani) died last October.

Obviously Qatar is the one that is behind the terror in Egypt and the country that supports it.

Take a look at this post by @mahatir who is well-informed about Egyptian affairs.

Don't forget Iran ; turkey and Qatar . Turkey and Qatar especially provided arms ; financing and logistic support for terrorists in Egypt . All Major mb channels are now broadcasting from Turkey and 2 days ago egypt discovered major Turkish spy network that financed and supported terrorist organizations in Egypt .

This is a lone wolf attack by armed terrorists on a small town . They have lost their capacity to attack military and police installations and lost many fighters in their attempt to conduct such attacks ; now they shifted their attack on soft targets out of depression .

1)The recent agreement between Cyprus ; Greece and Egypt to build gas pipe to Egypt and export liquified gas through Egyptian lng plants .

2) recent reconciliation deal between fatah and hamas brokered by egypt in Gaza without turkey and Qatar .

3) egypt discovered and dismantled the largest turkey spy network supporting mb in Egypt and financing terrorism .
4) failure of terrorist organizations to step up a stronghold in Egypt especially their failure to carry out sophisticated attacks in Sinai against military bases .

All these events push Qatar and turkey to revenge from the Egyptian civilians after their failure in Libya and Egypt and losing their influence over the Palestinian issue .

Oh he will, my brother. That neckbeard will be hunted down with extreme prejudice, whatever hole he's hiding in.

Well, let us hope that he will be eliminated before he ends up in Qatar as a neutralized Qatari citizen like other Egyptian and non-Egyptian terrorists.

Before we might know it he might play for the Qatari basketball team, handball team or football team or compete in athletics as other naturalized foreigners now competing for Qatar due to money and nothing else. Disgusting traitorous terrorist regime.

Meanwhile the terrorist regime is stripping their own citizens of the Qatari passport!

Well, one of the reasons I think Hamad's step down is fake just like you mentioned how he took the power. He took power from a coup, why he gave up power so easily,it's just make no sense(He is not too old,it seems he doesn't have health issue,so why he gave up power?).Does he want when the Qatar host 2022 world cup he is still the emir, after all he spent much money to make his country to host the 2022 world cup
But I don't think Qatar is behind this terrorist attack, what the benefit can they gain from this attack?Nothing.Their goals maybe evil, and I believe the Hamads' regime maybe support many radical groups. But Hamads are smart people, just one example, why al-Jazeera is the most successful TV channel in Arab world? Why the Saudi Arabian Alarabya can't compete with them, surely this isn't about money. And you see, afther the anti-terrorist quartet boycott Qatar, the Qatari side plays the victim card, and the card is successful,we the outsiders many in fact believe this issue is bigger countries bully the weaker and smaller country, and why they can play victim card so successful? So I think the Hamads' regime is smart, they will not behind such evil crime

Well, I might be wrong in this case but Qatar supporting at least dubious armed group (what we can call terrorist groups by most accounts) ever since the failed MB was removed by the Egyptian people and military, is undoubtedly a well-established fact.

Qatar has been a destabilizing factor (unfortunately) for years. I hope that the new emir and the people in power currently will change their destructive policies for not only Qatar itself, the GCC but the wider Arab world.

May I ask where you are from (out of curiosity) as I cannot see any flags in your profile? Are you from China my friend? If so how does China look at Qatar. I talked with some Chinese friends in person when the crisis began in June and while they were not too focused on it (understandable) they said that Al-Jazeera has made propaganda against China as well and that Qatar has been hostile towards China at times despite investments on both sides. I think that China stands with KSA, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain here.

Cool. A Qing dynast?:D

Your script looks interesting. Similar to the Mongolian script.

Parent systems

Proto-Sinaitic alphabet

Notice the first 4 alphabets.:D

Anyway feel free to visit the Arab section of the forum. Arabs and Chinese have a great relationship here on PDF and in" real life" by large. Always good to interact with people from across the world. I have never interacted with a Manchu before, I believe.

BTW you have been a member for PDF for almost 10 years. Talk about a veteran.

Sad to read Turkey cause so much trouble to the Arab and Muslim world by supporting terrorists.

Not Turkey but pro-MB elements in Turkey (according to Egypt) which you probably know which people they are. A shame that Turkey hosts some of those people and their TV stations. Hopefully it will change soon or once Erdogan loses power.

Turkey and the region as a whole needs nationalists and pragmatists in power not opportunists who bet on failed groups, projects and utopian plans. Anyway that is my opinion, many people disagree and they are fans of MB for some reason.
