I have been going to Gym irregularly for last 8 years and not once my Biceps crossed 16 inch and nor my chest crossed 44 inch

Pandit sb.. id say... if u are bald or going bald (spots) use a trimmer.. on ur head aswell as your beard..

for height maybe use big soled boots?

Go 2 a better gym.. get a Personal trainer..

change ur dressing style.. more like denim and Ts..

Yup Losing hair from middle Portion . Hair Growth is slow but Beard growth is fast .

I wear Pajamas and T Shirts . I don't wear Shirts .
For a Personal Trainer I need money . Still Jobless .
Since I don't leave my house . I never try to look Handsome .
I got into a debate with a relative , who said Clothes should be graceful and me being a Jerk said NOPE they should be comfortable .

I always hang up with 1 or 2 Guys since Childhood but no idea if they can be called friends .
Both are my Neighbors and both work in different state and we meet once a year .
I am already too much depressed with my mundane life .
No Whats App , No FB , No Messaging and Chating .
