I have grown up in liberal Pakistani/Muslim family. My abbu/ammi don't do their 5 Namaz a day neither do I but, religion is a really important part of our lives.
A while back, I was called 'fake muslim kafirs' because I don't pray 5 times a day although, I have never consumed non-halal meat, never drank, never gambled (in short never done anything haram). I don't pray 5 times a day simply because of lack of time and surrounding (sometimes at university, work) and it makes me uncomfortable. Although I pray when I can. Islam is my deen, and I know on judgement day Allah (SWT) would take account of my dids.
I was just wondering who is 'real' Muslims? Because I know some people who pray 5 times a day but when they go out with their non-Muslim friends, they drink more than non-Muslims, who is every single friday in casino, in Ramadan they do Haram, forget about thinking Islamically. Does it make them real Muslims just because they 5 times a day and have beard?
