An old fashioned barber can give you the best shave ever. While you're at it, get yourself a hair massage.

I just recently bought the Braun Series 7 799cc-6 Wet and Dry Electric Foil Shaver, it's the best shaver on the market. German engineered. I love using it, it gives the best wet shave. I would definitely recommend it.

Well I have tried quite a few. I don't use razor blades because that triggers eczema. My favourite is Philips Wet Shaver. It cost me £95 and I love it. The three independant circular blades rotate on a flexible handle and will flex in triple directions thus ensuring covering the contours of your face. It has also proved to be rather reliable. Only thing is don't drop it as the triple heads with blades can come off which can lead to lost bits and bats. Also suggest you buy spare rotary blades. There are cheaper or more expensive versions. I don't think the more expensive versions are any better. The best are medium models. The worse shaver I ever bought was a Remington. Would never buy them again. Braun is oright.

I'll second @Atanz I have been using Phillips-Norelcos all my life without a problem. Can't say anything about blades since I have always used electrics. Hmm..what an odd fact.

Interesting topic.
I mostly trim but when I do shave, I go for disposable blades. Nothing beats a straight-razor btw, so the barber is your best choice for the perfect shave.
