I call bs claims of all who say most sheilas are not materialistic :D

Would you use the phrase "Materialistic" or "Consumerist" ??

Because to live and be happy in a society we all have material needs and desires.

What is bad is Consumerism - for example, wanting the latest highest-definition TV when the current one does fine,

Or, this I don't understand, wanting the latest car when the current one does the job - transporting.

"Nostalgia is a file that removes rough edges from good old days." Doug Larsen

I don't think we are talking of nostalgia, but more of which among the decades we would prefer living in, as known by common and mostly non-emotional knowledge.

In the Times of kings and queens

Any specific ones in mind ??

If I am asked, of which item I would pick from your list, I suppose Napoleon would be fine because he removed monarchy from France and created the first republic in the world.

Mughals were monarchy.

Alexander, even though the wisdom in his final three wishes, and some may say that he can be considered a prophet, again he was a monarch.

It's more about architecture and culture I care for .
Architecture was great in those times in my opinion .

Which decade I would live as what? An infant, child, teenager, a man or an old man? Married, single, broke, stable .... a decade is too little to live and see, considering the human brain keeps evolving.
