There is a fire and safety Market near Urdu Bazar Karachi,you can find fire safety equipment from there.... Including Breathing apparatus with air cylinders..
The cartridge filter mask is used by post workers in Kemari,so probably a visit to Kemari may help..
But i dont think you can get hold of Military grade equipment..

I can give you web link to kids items replica of originals but no one should provide information that potentially can be used against Pakistan. Collecting military equipment by civilians by default is illegal unless you have licenses.

I remember you setting up a similar thread a few months ago and even back then, I told you that under the prevailing security situation, when even relatively benign hobbies such as skeet and trap shooting have had to suffer, I don't see how someone would risk selling military equipment in Karachi! Even if you are able to purchase military equipment from somewhere, I would urge you to actually report that place to the authorities so that they can keep an eye on the chap and see where he is getting his stuff from. A military grade gas mask can't be purchased from some hawker in Landhi, it's a highly sensitive and very expensive piece of military tech that legally, I think civilians are not entitled to hold.
