Where can one get Hepatitis A vaccine in Karachi?

I contacted them and someone at the information desk said that Hepatitis A vaccines (for both children and adults) are not available at Aga Khan University Hospital (karachi) as well as in the country for the past last 9 months. It might be possible that any other health organization might have some amount of vaccines of Hepatitis A available ( stocked), not sure about that . But is not currently available from manufacturing companies.

That doesn't sound good because my daughter (22 months old) needed Hepatitis A vaccine.

I emailed Agha Khan hospital, they told me to call them every month to find out if it's available.

Does anyone on this form residing in Karachi know someone who works in a hospital or any health organization.
