When is the establishment/"neutrals" going to remove PPP in Sindh?

Problem with Sindhi masses is that those are enfranchised and form the basis of PPP's electorate/voters enjoy numerous benefits from PPP, i.e. no-show jobs in various state institutions and their support to PPP is unwavering. The disenfranchised/majority of the Sindhi populace that don't vote and won't an iota on PPP's electorate power are too downtrodden and beholden to their feudal lords to never be of any consequence.

The real issue is the perennial support establishment has provided PPP going back to Yahya days. Without this support, PPP will melt away within an election cycle.

Agree which is why the PPP Is kept alive by the Pakistani political establishment and their overlords the "neutrals" which uses PPP and their local henchmen (waderas and other corrupt figures in the business, media, clergy etc.) as loyal "soldiers" on the ground to do their bidding and control this part of Pakistan (Sindh). Not much different from how the Sharif's and their party operates in Punjab. Sindh is just the epitome of this corruption and "arrangement".

If anything Sindh (along with Balochistan) and arguably areas of KPK is in need of support/help from Islamabad and Rawalpindi and the Pakistani state as a whole and its institutions, instead people in those provinces are left to their own and in the hands of their local oppressors/corrupt people.

This on the other hand and more worryingly (in particular in Balochistan) creates antipathy/hatred towards the Pakistani state which fails in its duty (in their eyes and rightly so in many ways) to help those very same people and this way the cohesion of Pakistan suffers as a whole.

Not only that PPP is using (at least fractions within that useless party) ethnicity and the legitimate plights of Sindhi people and tries to gain a monopoly and act like saviors of Sindhi people.

Their rhetoric in Sindhi is often very different from the one they use in Urdu when using Urdu.

In fact this is just cheap political rhetoric to a mostly ignorant (in many ways deliberately kept ignorant) local Sindhi populace, in particular in rural Sindh in regards to PPP and lack of other options.

So PPP of today (they were not always this bad) is just a consequence of the overall state of Pakistan and its institutions and the idea that Sindhis alone should revolt and change status quo makes little sense to me, as the betterment of Pakistan can only occur if the entire country is onboard and most importantly Pakistani state institutions ensure that there is judicial justice, law and order, much less corruption, functional government services etc.

The key to all this is obviously education and a more informed/educated local electorate. However this does not happen overnight and this is exactly what the waderas and the Pakistani elites does not want to occur as that would damage their firm grip on the country.

Of course locals in Sindh have a degree of blame, no doubt about this, but the solution lies elsewhere as I wrote as well as the main responsibility.

Lol 🤣🤣 You need to read thier political history than, they were tyrants, only people who can come close to thier tyranny is probably Egyptian army

This, Education was the only difference, Turkish army was much much more brutal at a political, societal level

Pak army can't afford to be as brutal on a regular basis as we are a mutli ethnic country(not saying they're saint's either, ), except for in Punjab they can't afford to be brutal elsewhere

Imagine doing May 25th type planned action elsewhere in the country, that would have led to a civil war

Military dictatorships are always oppressive by default however we cannot compare Pakistan with Turkey here. Turkey has always had very strong state institutions and a nationalistic ideology irrespective of government/rulers which helped keep the cohesion of the country intact despite great ethnic diversity. That and the Turkification/Kemalist policies that ensured this by force. To the degree that the only outliner was and remains the Kurds, albeit much less so today for obvious reasons such as economic prosperity and further integration into the Turkish state.

Now compare that with Pakistan which prior to 1947 never had a strong central state/authority. In fact we never had a single Pakistani identity prior to 1947. Or a common indigenous lingua franca even. Sure, the people of the geography that makes up Pakistan today share more in common than the opposite (as we have discussed many times) but that is a different discussion altogether.

We can be close linguistically, genetically to each other, culturally, geographically, religiously etc. (all of which is truth in our case) but if we don't share the same desire to put our Pakistani identity before any other and develop a strong Pakistani identity and strong Pakistani state institutions (most importantly well-functioning) it is just a recipe for continued problems and challenges.

At the end of the day it all comes down to a strong and effective state (state institutions) and a strong national identity. We continue to lack that to this very day if we are being honest.

Obviously this will eventual sort itself out as more inter-ethnic intermarriages occur in Pakistan and more people start to embrace a purely Pakistani identity rather than ethnic/regional identities before the Pakistani one. Continued education (the key here as well) will also help greatly.

Our sipah-salar only sees a lack of governance in Buzdar, aur is par un ko itna masla hota tha that it became one of the reasons that they worked against IK and PTI (not my words, the man's own).

Magr Sindh main to governance Mashallah apnay urooj par hai.

At the moment neutrals are implementing plan to remove Imran Khan alltogether.
1) Pro PTI media channels taken out despite of higher court orders of their restoration.
2) Pro news anchors banned on their respective channels.
3) Most of the pro pti news anchors are arrested or make to leave the country until mission is achieved.
4) Activation of cases against IK.
5) Banning of IK from media completely.

Writing is written on the wall. SC is only the hope but even that institution will be neutralized.

IK last effort will be the march towards Islamabad or blocking cities in KP and Punjab but that will be counter productive since this time they will be directly facing rangers and neutrals will ask their imported govt to impose governor rule in Punjab under the pretext of law and order. I see little options for IK to survive in the next few weeks.

What is even more heartless is the useless Pakistani media. Not a single media house (outside from GEO) has sent a dedicated team to the flooded areas.

They should stop behaving like overlords of Pakistan for once and stop treating Public as fools. Let people run the country and do there own duties.
They have absolutely no right to decide who will rule Islamabad Lahore Karachi Peshawar or Quetta.
All this mess is 100% the creation of establishment.
Bad relations with all neighbors, Religious extremism, Rotten weak Political culture and structure of the state. Dysfunctional Industrial base , Selling our Rivers to India in return of huge funds from World bank and Dams, East Pakistan. Heck they hijacked Capital of Pakistan from Karachi to Sidelines of Milltary head quarters in Pindi just because Fatima Jinnah was very popular in Karachi.

And some how we should believe these idiots to decide for Pakistan still?
Who the hell are they to decide which province should be ruled by whom?

Simple question. Sindh is at a boiling point and so is the majority of Sindhis. Add the ridiculous outdated infrastructure, overall neglect (rural areas) combined with the floods. No sewage, drainage, or roads in many areas. It is a perfect recipe for a disaster and another potential regional insurgency emerging.

Elections in Sindh are being openly corrupted and nothing is done about this. Why have the bad apples among the waderas not been dealt with?

Why is the most corrupt and incompetent political party PPP still in power in Sindh when the majority are voting against them and when election fraud is taking place in broad daylight in Sindh to keep them in power as well as intimidation in villages and elsewhere by their cohorts? Instead the chor khandaan is doing PR stunts when he and his family have stolen billions of dollars throughout the many decades of their incompetent rule.

Where is the Pakistani establishment and "neutrals"? Do they want the undoing of Pakistan?

What a shame Pakistan has turned into.

They want as corruption isnot issue for them ... For them obedience is the criteria

Establishment is as corrupt as Zardari. Why would they lose their money pumping machine... and replace with who? Imran Khan? The one who neither eats nor let anyone eat?

Sindh is on lease from Pakistan military to PPP and in return both are looting jointly.

Leave interior have ever seen what type of hell people of karachi are living in and still contributing the most to country

The problem is that Neutrals have declared war on the Pakistani people and nation to serve their Western Green Card Masters and to sell DHA Plots...

We need to seriously think what is establishment and how they operate?
Are there exceptions?
Is going against Pakistan "as a country for people" is a norm for them?
Has there been intervention all the times?
Were there times when establishment did not intervene?
Was that non-interference a norm or an anamoly?

I will look to read Aisha Siddiqa books.
Before that I was so one-sided and just brushed aside anyone who looked opposing the army.

Zardari is yaaro ka yaar. He takes people along with him, be it in honest or corrupt practices. The establishment is comfortable having Zardari become the face of government while the establishment extracts its piece of the pie.

Same rules of engagement with Sharifs and establishment in Punjab. A symbiotic relationship so to speak.

3 decades of rule, Sharifs and Zardaris are deeply entrenched along with the establishment. The dynamics seem to be changing as young voters replace the boomers.

Now coming to a solution. IK goes down fighting Sharif/Zardari and hurting the establishment reputation, that in itself would be an achievement. He’s done the latter, got rid of Sharif. Next stop Zardari.

All we can hope for is after this circus, Pakistan sees a new crop of honest leaders. This is a pivotal moment, but if Pakistan chooses dynastic politicians then it’s all over.

Much more than just a cordial relationship.... Nawaz Sharif is the military establishments bastard son.. he is their creation. While Zardari is their adopted son. No doubt in my mind Benazir was taken out by them

At times the sons may speak out against their abu, but abu jaan will never disown them, and they know it.

Establishment's b team is PMLN and C team is PPP. They will keep these 2 parties
imposed on the people of Pakistan because they are corrupt land grabbers themselves.

PPP is liked by west due to them being precieved as Liberal and secular by them, they also have invested a lot on Bilawal and want a puppet like him to be PM in Pakistan, the west also brought Benazir, installed PPP and removed Musharraf for the same reason. Pakistani establishment will do as west will order them, for the same reason we have been hearing that a certain someone wants Bilawal to be future PM.
