I don't think she accompanied him. It was not an Official or a Sate Visit which are to be attended by Spouses as well, was termed an Official Working Visit.

As I have been thread banned (and thus cannot reply there), I would like to reply that the 125 mil thing announced is certainly no upgrade. It is simply logistics package for end-user verification by US.

by protecting U.S. technology through the continued presence of U.S. personnel that provide 24/7 end-use monitoring.

This is far cry from anything leading to new acquisitions or major upgrade.
