from what i know russia offered the Tor M SAM systems also there are reports of the mil 28 but i dont think that will develop in to an order

it is a possibility but i doubt it, and also that will annoy the indian a lot as it is more advanced than the their su30-mki

There will no su35 deal period. Pakistan will opt for single engine only. yes Indian factor will be there.
They will go for j 31 to counter Indian FGFA.
Actually F-15E is the best choise to counter MKI but bad experience with USA and the cost is the problem
