Very simple cut down it’s costs and spending ! You go into decline when you have negative value being gained from an overly inefficient system of running the organisation !
The two PTI and PML-N governments are doing the same thing . Just shift the employees bring down its costs . Let it operate as a low tier cheap earline with efficient management! They aren’t exactly the great people to fly with !! Educate them a little bit about civic manners and how organizational behaviour should act professionally.
