You see, slight difference in what we believe. We don’t believe it to be Islam or Judaism or Zoroastrianism that originated it. We believe in it as a fact hence a faith not an idea and that the same message (religion) to have been given to Adam and passed down to various messengers.

My friend, Prophet Muhammad and Islam did not grow out of a vacuum of ideas and human existence and thought.

Exactly. What I am saying is, per our belief Prophet Muhammad is the last of many Prophets and a Messengers going back right up to Prophet Adam. So Islam is not the origin but a culmination.

The origin is rooted with God himself Who gave the first message to the very first Man, ie, Adam.

OK. But Doctor Sahib: From where did you get this idea, that I would say anything against an established religious persona?

I never said you were disrespectful to Zoroastrianism or Asho Zarathustra.

Personally I would not talk about the m word in a thread about Muhammad or Jesus or Ram.

That's all.

Why is Zarathustra not mentioned in the Quran?

*Ref Item in Bold:

Although this is disheartening to learn, I'm not surprised. You should have the right to put your view point across, in an amicable manner.

But, you see, religious discussion, in principle, is not allowed on PDF; although, this rule is grossly violated, by all and sundry, including @padamchen and @Juggernaut_Flat_Plane_V8.

It’s clear that not all prophets and messengers are named in the Quran. But we know from the Hadith that there were many more. Why a certain Prophet was mentioned and other not is the wisdom of God when He sent it down and not up to his slave to change the word.

I'll leave this here.

What the hell you are talking about? I totally fail to grasp. I never ever say anything against any religion or its sacred persons, on any public forum, whatsoever.

What do you mean by nasty language? What I have used is a standard Punjabi idiom, which is used in higher Punjabi literature, as well.

My comment was about you and @Juggernaut_Flat_Plane_V8. It has nothing to do with Hazrat Zoroaster.

God forbid If you were to be an Indian, padamchen and his entourage might have concocted a valid excuse to lynch you for this

Though against forum rules but i would clear it to you,as per Islam total messengers of Almighty are 1,24000,out of which 313 are those who came with new laws and divine books, out of 313 only about 28 to 30 are mentioned in Quran, but it's clearly mentioned "we have dispatched our messengers to the every nation".
Almighty says in Quran
“And insult not those whom they worship besides Allah, lest they insult Allah wrongfully without knowledge” [al-An‘aam 6:108]
That verse clearly stops Muslims from insulting anyone's religion as they me insulting Almighty unknowingly.
I havn't read about Zoroastrianism deeply but,who knows the divine power everyone worshipps is called by different name, as according to old persian Ahura Mazda in region of Bactria with Zoroaster being prophet, though i believe Zoroastrianism pre-dates Persian Empire and is more of something which once was sole belief of Central Asia.
P.S:-Zoroastrianism is very misunderstood religion within Muslims.By looking at 101 names even a person with some wisdom can easily find link between Islam and Zoroastrianism.

I don't want to press this issue. U know this thread will be shut.

I know what I can say without getting banned.

I know what if I say will at a minimum have the post deleted.

Zarathustra was not just ANY Prophet.

He was the FIRST.

Zoroastrianism was not a minor regional religion.

It was a world religion spanning Africa to Asia to Europe to China.

It was THE dominant religion of most of the civilized world. Across three empires. Over 1500 years. 500 if them in Rome.

Including holding sway over all of Arabia for over 2000 years.

So if you're intelligent, if you know Arabs and Persians, I'll ask you again.

Why is there zero mention of Zarathustra in the Quran?

Did God forget his first Prophet?

Or did His message change?

@El Sidd ...

He was the first according to your theology and tradition, not ours.

Either way why does he need to he mentioned? I think Bilal and Sine are being too kind by even considering it as we can't even be sure about his historicity nor about the authenticity about the sayings attributed to him though i must say the teachings are very inspiring
