i am talking bout things like soldering iron, hot tweezers, smd heater, infrared smd heater, hot air station, microscope etc.
for example i have seen very nice equipment like hot tweezers i think its japanese design hakko very expensive but you can get cheap one from china but its good for hobbyist but not good for factory. but their is a okay one from china for less than 100 quid that could be factory level grade.
I ask this because we are talking military grade level products, so i am expecting the best equipment used.
However i think pakistan uses the ones you can buy from ebay from china for couple quid.
this might be one pakistan uses:
