Yes, nobody talk about rape... but they can surly teach to respect the dignity of others...

When I was 15... my father told me to think once how would I react if some other boy would do that to my sister... that line always comes to my mind whenever I deal with women...

Apart from my father and mother... my moral education was in the hands of my grandparents till the age of 12... they are the base...

Family and society plays a big role in character build-up...

So, thats 72 in an hour and 26000 in an year. With a population of 1.3 billion ppl, 26000 number is decent enough. Go check per capita rape of your country and other countries, You will know the difference.
