What defines #MeToo ??

Alright, there has been much huffing and puffing lately about women being "sexually harassed" by men. A little of this is physical harassment but most of it seems to be non-physical one.

Now I don't know how I look but some women have flirted with me, generally wanting to entice me. Should I call this harassment ?? Of course not.

Should there be something called #HeToo ?? Or should I feel good about women flirting with me ??

Should there be something called Meninism just like how there is Feminism ??

You could have had perfectly consensual sex.

Then something goes wrong with the woman. You don't call her back. She does not get what she wanted. Or you simply never see each other again.

15 years later when you are in a very different place in life and probably have a lot more to lose, this female comes back and wants to rekindle things.

Or wants something that you will not or cannot give.

She goes on air and claims that #shetoo.

Your life is screwed. Regardless of whether you did anything or not. Whether it comes to court or not. Gets proven in court or not.

Your family. Your neighbors. The people at work. They will all look at you different.

Takes all the fun out of sex when you give this sort of power into one side's hands ....

To tell you the truth people do eventually find out or figure out the truth.

To take the above eg in all likelihood the person concerned wouldnt have misbehaved with other women - there may be a few whispers and then people forget.

Luckily neither of us is a celebrity and will get by.

Takes all the fun out of sex when you give this sort of power into one side's hands ....

Hmm, one consequence of this would be that folks will be forced into exclusively dating and f***ing only one's own wife/hubby. Not a terrible calamity as most PDF readers wud admit

Women flirt with men all the time but if the man does the same, it becomes harassment..wow what a hypocrisy.

Many of my friends (both male and female) used to tell me "she is totally flirting with you, didn't you get that" ... And I would say there was no clear signal but many times it went beyond subtle and became too obvious though I was never sure how to respond except distance myself from the person gradually... perhaps that's difference between between how men and women think.
