What Can PDF members do for Pakistan.

What can PDF members do practically (apart from just posting online here) for Pakistan?
Individually and by joining hands in group or groups?
(not talking about a member get-together)

Can a group of dedicated members inside Pakistan in different cities get formed who are willing to get something done defence-related / non-defence for Pakistan and give recognition to PDF too ?

Im not just talking about disaster relief team, civil defence teams, creativity teams which turns a dirty road into something beautiful etc...well thats good too....but something which has a positive impact on Pakistan and its society on day to day basis.

PDF is a platform where young generation comes together and shares views online, but our potential is much more than that.

Apart from this,
Should PDF also present its Defence related ideas or Military solutions in Defence Exhibitions?

What if we could nominate a poster to contest elections to join the n.a or p.a? If he wins , could bring a pleasant change in his/her constituency

I was wondering if we can create a "shadow govt" thread/subforum. This will mesh both forum and RL resource/knowledge together.

So basically split/organise it into district level components and use google maps etc to flag key development-related issues etc (good ,bad and the ugly). Use the eyes and ears on the ground for picking up various issues and following progress on resolution etc.

Using that the "shadow - level" govt committee here can find the best way to put pressure on local govt to address....both fixing the problems and expanding on the successes...and hold an agenda accountable etc....i.e different flags to mark each status etc.

This committee (based on credentials related to contacts and prior experience with approaching and holding govt accountable is big bonus) can have its set of foreign-based advisors and experts too over time.

Effectively make a part of this forum an actual on the ground development portal. I think its worth trying, any development on ground is worth it, and the forum gets developed more through possible expansion of this portal at both grass roots and among concerned Pak local elite and diaspora.

If anyone is interested in this approach, lets talk about it more here and flesh out some details regarding how this would be organised.
