What can India expect in return for Kashmir?

Modi is implementing a plan to trifurcate and give the Muslims areas of Kashmir (valley & Kargil) to Pakistan.

In return Pakistan is planning to give kartarpur corridor to India.

Is this enough?

I would say India should ask for at least one of the major other cities. Either Lahore or Karachi.

India would gain peace and goodwill of Kashmiris for allowing them to vote for their future, and gain Jammu and Ladakh. Pakistan would gain the Kashmir valley.

Trade and peace would allow both Pakistan and India to advance the economic potential of their countries. It would make India no longer a pariah state for the Muslim world and force India back into alliance with Arabs against Israel.

Most likely Congress or AAP would be voted into power and you would have India becoming a peaceful and progressive nation.

We keep talking all the time and many proposals keep flying ,trust me not gonna happen.not an inch will be given , no political party in India will commit political suicide.

Kirtarpur will be in pakistan . if valley of kashmir is given to pakistan. India can expect friendly relation s with pakistan and land access to central asia iran and russia. Also permant end of hostilities.

But being a kashmiri i know my dad and our relatives will never accept dividing kashmir into 3 parts. They consider all kashmir to be kashmir all the way upto ladakh and aksai chin near tibet.

Having said that . i don't think anyone will listen to kashmiriz.

And to me there is constant enemocity between India and pakistan over my homeland kashmir.

To me it seems peace and friendship is a good thing.

But for others like my father and my other family members whole kashmir the motherland should be one complete entity. They even want chinese kashmiri parts taken back.

Partition ia over nothing can be done about other provinces. Only kashmir is a disputed territory. It would be nice to end kashmiri territorial dispute with india.

Especially since we are gaining not loosing.

It has to be Kashmiris who has to decide. Maybe Pakistan will forgive it's wounds but Kashmiris are the ones suffering everyday and every hour on the ground. When india rapes and murder and torture them, it is no one but Kashmiris who are facing all that.

But if there has to be give and take and Kashmiris accept it then Chenab River Formula is the best. By this formula Pakistan gets all Muslim majority parts of Kashmir, and mostly Hindu parts of Jammu goes to India, while Chenab river defines the new border.

We have lost so much by having this mentality and attitude that at least we are gaining something or we are small. This has to end for the good of Pakistan.
