What a tough sanction against the Chinese company!!!

According to American Iran Sanctions Act,the sanctioned Chinese enterprise will be deprived of the US export licence,be banned to finance from American Ex-im Bank and cannot ask for a loan more than $10 million from any American bank.

But the satircal fact is the Chinese firm is a state-run company engaging in oil import from Iran,it no more exports any products to the US empire than it is out of cash.

So,how the tough sanction work?
