This video just made my blood boil. The reported has no clue as to the structure of Islamabad Police. Furthermore, the camp he was showing was the FC/Ranger Encampment near parliament lodges (Not the Army Camp near Constitution Avenue).

That particular camp has been empty since the attack on the FC in F-8 about a few weeks back.

Secondly, he is interviewing a Traffic Officer in the beginning and then interviews an ATS jawan, only to come to the conclusion that they are ordinary police officers...

Hey DipS**T, the uniform says it all... Those are Islamabad ATS, can you not tell from the big ATS written on their caps and t-shirts.

He is probably thinking? Oh Commandos, yeah right, then how come they are only in t-shirt and lightweights? Well Idiot, it is summer uniform, have you ever tried doing a 10 hour shift in 40+*C, with the sun blasting down on you?

Their uniform is primarily black and as such would absorb a lot of heat, which is not very helpful in the months of May through to July (Extra Hot Season).

Also there is the issue of difference in Uniform. For starters Traffic police wear a grey/blue uniform like this one:



Whilst ATS members were a Black BDU uniform:




And Forensic Services wear a clearly marked Hi Vis Green Jacket:


Regular Police wear a Light Blue Shirt and Navy Blue Trousers:


Really how can you confuse the uniforms?

What image of Pakistan and our authorities are these idiots sending out? For this idiots information, Islamabad ATS was the first pilot Anti Terrorist Unit to be trained by the SSG, the unit later was the first unit to be trained by the American FBI HRT and we have a state of the art anti terrorism training facility in PTC Sihala.

It is the pride of everyone associated with Islamabad Police to wear the ATS badge, and this idiot just goes and turns us into a complete joke.

For his information, those were most likely a squad deputed to provide security to the SSP Traffic Office; it would have taken him ten mins to just go and ask the Commandant of Police Training School Islamabad, what level of skills the ATS have.

Instead he just pulled out some crap from his ***, just to highlight his own biased and insecurities.

What an utter goof.

Most media are useless at verifying information. On one occasion in our country some foreign media claimed that the army were responsible for the killing of certain bank robbers and then they show pictures of our police force swat members. The news shocked us until we saw the pictures as the army is never used in internal issues unless a state of emergency is declared.

The police man in the beginning tells that there are no soldiers in islamabad but i lived in islamabad until 6 months ago and saw alot of rangers adn armymen alike standing beneath the trees at checkpoints and also the converntion centre adn islamabad club....they never themselves checked the cars but they still stood there....can somebody please clarify??
