I grew up with many Christians in my neighborhood, when I spend time in Lahore with relatives. Most of our neighbors were Christian, we used to eat together and wish each other greetings on holidays. Anytime there was any trouble, usually some youth in Christian community involved in drugs and such, we would help them out and pay their bail too.
Even now most of the money I send to Pakistan goes to the Christian families I know, many are underprivileged from when they came from India during partition. I guess to Hindus they would be Dalits.
For us, we don't care about their religion, they are our Pakistani brothers and sisters. We will support them no matter what.
One of my Christian Pakistani friends in Med school was asked by a Hindu Indian what he thinks of Muslims, expecting a certain answer.
The Christian Pakistani said this, "We are no different than Muslims, they never made us feel different. Even though my religion is Christianity, I am Muslim by culture due to being Pakistani."
