I stayed away from Karachi because I know this forum has lots of Mushphiles and exposing one "sellout" was enough but now that you say it Musharaf handed to Altaf via MQM Karachi which we know is connected with RAW. We all know about Altaf impeccable credentials and his puupy love for India.

that is not entirely true. any government of that would have done the same only he did better. governments after him did poorly with a very favorable scenario. PPP government totally flopped the economy and the PMLN sell out entirely.

Nonsense posts like these never cease to amaze me. How much hatred and how much bullshit being spewed is just unbelievable. I mean, ignoring all other instincts and ground realities, we Karachiites can quite confidently pin point exactly whom to blame for the situation in Karachi today. During the time of which you speak, even extreme anti-MQM faces were singing praises of Karachi including CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and the then CJ Iftikhar Choudhry.

But ofcourse, when one's vision is impaired with hatred and or ethnic insecurity, these conclusions are foregone.

i agree with your second part of the message totally.

but regarding your first part, Did Iraq, Syria and Yemen have nuclear weapons and did they have a battle tested and hardened army like Pak army? the only war experience India armed forces have had in the last 2 decades is blinding innocent kashmiri stone pelters. theres no match, the indians will get such a reply this time that their generations will feel effect of it.

Like ive said many time if Pakistan goes down we will damn make sure we take our neighbour to east down with us. If Pakistan doesn't exist so won't India, we didn't make those 100s of nuclear warheads for no reason.

You know that I tend to agree with your views on average but I will side with @Mav3rick on this one. Your criticism of Pervez Musharraf is not only overboard but devoid of much logic and reason.

I tell you this! US would have bombed Pakistan to stone age and handed over the leftovers to India on a silver plate if Musharraf had not yielded. His decision was not in haste and certainly not on the grounds of greed. I also tell you that Musharraf uplifted the standards of education, Telecom and nuclear program. He brought economists to the fore to uplift Pakistani economy, empowered women and media among other stuff. Millions of Pakistani became millionaires during the era of Musharraf, mind you. On top, Musharraf was very competent in the matters of foreign diplomacy.

Bro, you have no idea but a large number of Pakistani admire Musharraf for his ingenuity and contributions. Yes, NRO was his chief blunder, which took a toll on his reputation. However, I will reiterate that he is unsung hero of Pakistan.
