None of P5 is willing to save Gaddafi. Gaddafi completely screw up relationship with China by inviting Taiwan "President" to Libya.
Russia doesn't want to spent political capital to save him.

Literally Gaddafi screw up relationship with all of P5 and many other countries. He doesn't know his limit, a good ally worth much more than friend of convenience, while Gaddafi tried very hard to please the West, especially France, alienated China, and Russia.

Pakistan has so far approved four vaccines ., Sinopharm (China), Astra Zeneca (UK), Sputnik (Russia) and CanSino (China).

Imran Khan most likely got Sinopharm.

He got vaccinated on Thursday afternoon/evening and turned out Covid positive on Saturday afternoon. He already was infected at the time of vaccination.
