The Indonesian government and businesspeople were told to watch Vietnam closely as its economy may exceed Indonesia’s in the near future due to rapid growth rates of the economy and exports.

Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam Ibnu Hadi said he had recently informed the government to send delegations of businesspeople and other stakeholders to Vietnam to establish better economic cooperation.

VN gdp figure is underestimated. The city of Hanoi alone builds a new smart city for $37 billion. Countrywide there are real estate construction projects worth over several hundreds billion USD.

Lol if China want to help Indonesia to slow down Vietnamese economy, just divert Red river and Vietnam will be collapse with no growth: no water for their industry, no water for their agriculture, no water for their population. Vietnam will never able to compete without China's blessing.

Java is the heart of Indonesia. This is the center of power and economy of Indonesian archipelago, with population surpassing 140 million and GDP around $600 Billion. Now go figure the rest..
