Yes this Raja Harishchandra - His Highness Shri Sanjay Nirupamji, was in the same Barrak, with Special Forces, the day Surgical Strikes happened. And he has witnessed that not even a single Jawan put a foot out of the Barrak. Hell! he also tells that all the Jawans were shivering in fever due to fear, just with the thought of going near to the LOC.
