Agreed. However, and I base my observations on the Becky Anderson interview--- he should just have said we have evidence but my lawyers have advised me not to discuss it for the moment--- or something to that effect. He did bullshit and got caught out.
The fact remains that evidence of such nature will be hard to produce and even harder to stick on to SS and others. Internationally people will call you out if you talk drivel and sorry to say he was talking drivel that day. He was pargicularly unconvincing. I remain a fan and think that he is right but proving this is going to be difficult.
