The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal is hearing the accusations against the United States of America for acts committed on detainees in Iraq. The accusations are unutterably shocking and are serious enough to merit hearing under as war crimes, and as such are covered by jus cogens and customary international law.

The accused: U.S. President George W. Bush and his associates namely Richard Cheney, former U.S. Vice President, Donald Rumsfeld, former Defence Secretary, Alberto Gonzales, then Counsel to President Bush, David Addington, then General Counsel to the Vice-President, William Haynes II, then General Counsel to Secretary of Defense, Jay Bybee, then Assistant Attorney General, and John Choon Yoo, former Deputy Assistant Attorney-General.

If the accused are found guilty, The Tribunal will do the following:

1. Recommend to the Commission to file reports with the International Criminal Court against the accused;

2. Recommend to the Commission that the names of the convicted criminals be included in the Commission's Register of War Criminals and publicised accordingly.

3. The findings must be communicated to all countries that have acceded to the Rome Statute and are possessed of universal jurisdiction.

Didn't realise Kuala Lumpur had an international court. Do they advise the Hague?

Yeah..affairs of public consumption..as if Kuala Lumpour actually have any authority or the force to punish ex-US president..troll on....this is no different that those high school debates about Iraq war.

. .
they advise the Al Hague, you haven't heard of that branch of Hague :D

The Iraq war has resulted in one million deaths (mostly civilians), and you are making fun of it. Have some respect for the deceased instead of mocking them. Bush and his war companions must be prosecuted. They have committed the most atrocious war crimes.

Faith in global justice will be restored once the world's most powerful country's president is put in jail for his actions. Just because he was the President of USA does not mean he is immune or that his actions are/were fully justifiable.

Does this apply to certain actions during WWI?

Purpose is to put political pressure on USA. Malaysia is an economic hub and it can do so.

Point is that US law system should possess the capability to permit prosecution of former US Presidents for their crimes. This kind of law will prove vital in restoring the image of US worldwide.

madarasa in Denmark needs to be closed down if they teach you 1 million died, let alone glaze over the fact that 99% of civilian deaths were shia - sunni realated i.e. muslim on muslim terror acts of blowing up people.

What are you blabbering about? I am not like you who claims something without documents. According to one source Opinion Research Business estimates of the total war casualties in Iraq is around 1 million. Of course the count is open to criticism, even if the number is 10 times less which is 100.000 it is still extreme.

Now it's your time to document your claims:
1: you say 99% of civilian deaths were shia, prove it
2: You claim i come from some "madarasa" prove it

Finally sunni and shia factions have blown each other up. But as i said, the situation has detoriated drastically since USA's invasion.
I don't know if you can handle the above without consulting your American masters though.
