1, First of all, China did not cover up. But this topic is not the one we are talking now. We can talk it later.

2, Hypothetically to say, if China did cover up, you can never say the coverup lasted to January 23. Cause in this day the whole world knew the Wuhan city was shut due to the disease. This is basic fact. Right?

3, Here is my question: How many cases were in your country by January 23? US probably had several by then. While China has responsiblity to compensate for the several patients for the coverup. What's about the left? It's your government's responsibility for the left. Cause they were infected after the coverup didn't exist.

4, Why China didn't close all airlines to other countries to stop the spread? Come on. It is your government that has the right to shut the airlines flying to your country. China doesn't have the right to do that.

5, Should WHO be blamed for deliverying wrong information(Again, No coverup)? Who the hell cared about WHO information after the 11 million population city was shut? Wasn't the lockdown itself the strongest warning?

6, How much China should pay? I guess there are less than 100 cases in the west hemisphere when Wuhan was shut. Each gets US $100,000(Damn. I'm generous). US $10 million.

7, I'm not very considerate if making the deadline on January 23. Because some cases were infected before that day and not found yet. Okay. What about February 7? 14 days after the Wuhan lockdown. 14 days is the longest quarantine time. How many cases in the west hemisphere by then? Within 1000 I believe. So US $0.1 billion as compensation.

8,From 2020, we should get a compensation for a disease from the first found country if your people are infected yet the first found country hasn't figured out what has just happened.

California/Bay Area had COVID in November/December as I met some people with pneumonia and flu symptoms then. I put it down as flu but now can connect the dots. World needs to be careful as it will set a precedence. Countries will start releasing nasty viruses in other countries and then demand compensation. COVID shows how easy it is.

lol, China cry river when when countries were planning to shut flight from China calling it racist
Since when western countries, especially US, care about China's feeling?

Really? This is important information cause I always doubt the virus was from US.

It's only an observation , unfortunately I didn't have a lab to scientifically verify it. But I can say with 100% certainty that there were people with pneumonia like conditions who I had met in my work capacity. I was thinking of quitting my job because of that. I was thinking "oh my god I hope these people don't have TB". But now looking back it was most likey COVID-19.

Unfortunately US would never allow WHO or UN to make an investigation in its territory.

This suit is more about propaganda than else. Everybody would believe China did cover up after this suit is on the headlines of media.

That's a load of BS. Flu season in the US always start around mid-late fall and prolongs till winter. The pattern is pretty much the same every year and everyone's advised to take flu shots. Employers and all major hospital systems in the Bay Area like Kaiser, Sutter and Stanford Health offer free flu shots which is a norm across the US. I see you're having UK flags and might be unaware of flu in the US

I literally live in the Bay Area and never heard anyone having Covid symptoms here in late 2019 though I came across several people with flu but that happens every year.

China cannot be sued on this as it is a natural disaster, ones who are playing the blame game are people who want to cover up on their own in competencies, they could have delayed impact by shutting own borders but didn't. Even if it were possible it would open up a whole pandora box where these same accusers would have to answer for their roles in starting wars on later discovered to be fabricated pretexts, US is yet to provide proof of WMDs for starting the Iraq war, Vietnam war already a widely known fact that the instance(attack on US patrol boat) which started the war was faked to prevent a peace treaty.

However I do think this is a golden opportunity for China to play a leading role and move ahead as global leader as US is relinquishing it self from this role. First it was the FAA which lost out to the Chinese aviation authority because of their lag or shortcomings in handling the 737 issue, now on the disaster mitigation side China could pick up the tab on WHO efforts in tackling the COVID-19. In the long run this could result in profits for Chinese companies just as west have had gained from UN and IMF contracts. So it can still be turned around as a win-win for China and rest of the world.
