What the video doesn't say is the quality of the ANA's officer corp, which for the last 15/20 years has been trained by the Indians. By that time line these Indian trained officer should be at a Brigadier level, in fact in Afghan army promotions were much quicker so some of these Indian trained officers were at the General level. US might have created an Army but failed to develop an officer corp or a General Staff. ANA lacked command structure and leadership. The men cannot be blamed. Pakistani recruits also come from similar back ground but are turned into soldiers and are effectively led.

Thing about the ANA is that they never really fought as an independent regular army. They were always secondary helpers to the americans and NATO. So when they left, the ANA hadn't got a clue what to do. Hence they ran away when they saw the Taliban.

What I see there are the dregs of society. People who couldn't even hold down a regular job looking for easy wages. I have no doubt that the Taliban were a hundred times better people then them.
