Imran urges youth to vote for change

MULTAN - Taking a swipe at the PML-N, Imran Khan said on Friday that Shahbaz Sharif, the former Chief Minister of Punjab, is a political juggler. The personal remarks came the day the ECP reminded the political contestants against launching personal attacks.
Meanwhile, addressing big public gatherings here in Khanewal, Mian Channu and Kabirwala, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has urged the people especially youth to vote for change, and for a new Pakistan.He again challenged PML-N President Nawaz Sharif for an open debate on TV, adding, that he would ask him what he would do in the sixth term as he has failed in his previous five terms already.He said that in world politics rival forces are invited to have a dialogue with each other but Mian Nawaz Sharif has no courage to face him.
He said that PML-N leadership have made politics a game and now they are trying to come to power for next turn.Imran Khan also criticised Metro Bus service launched at the cost of billions of rupees and termed it a waste of public money.He also said that loadshedding could have ended with the money instead of launching the bus service. Imran said that farmers problems would be resolved on priority basis in the PTI government.
He promised better health and education system after coming into power.
To empower people at the lowest tier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) will hold Local Government elections in 90 days, he added. He further said that under PTI rule, the role of all MNAs and MPAs will be only to make laws and that the system will provide welfare to the people. Earlier, while addressing a public gathering in Mian Channu and Kabirwala, Imran said that the Punjab government has wasted all the resources of the province on a single project of Metro Bus while millions of people have become unemployed due to loadshedding.He said socio-economic condition of the country has been destroyed due to criminal negligence of the rulers who are two sides of the same coin.Imran said he has lived abroad and has seen how systems work for the benefit of the people. He said that his party will win the elections and celebrate victory on May 11th evening. Large number of people from all parts of life .especially youth attended the public gathering.
Candidates of PTI from different seats of Khanewal, including Col (Retd) Abid Mehmood Khagga, Mehar Imran Parvaiz Dhool, Shahbaz Sail, Syed Khawar Ali Shah, Syed Muhammad Nasir Ali Shah, Shahbaz Ahmed Khan Sial, Muhammad Khan, Zahoor Hussain Qureshi, Syed Abbas Ali Shah, Maqsood Alam, Ghulam Murtaza Maitla, Muhammad Faisal Khan Naizi, Mian Javed Jahanian reached public gathering venue with rallies of their supporters.
Earlier in Mian Channu, Pir Zahoor Hussain Qureshi candidate of PTI for NA-158, Ch Maqsood Aalam PP-217, Pir Abbas Ali Shah PP-216, Jamshaid Shaukat, Mazhar Iqbal Bhatti, arranged the public meeting in municipal stadium. In Kabirwala, a big public meeting was held in play ground of Government High School, candidate of Provincial Assembly Shahbaz Sial and candidate for MNA Dr Khawar Ali Shah and other local leadership arranged this big public meeting.
In Khanewal, a big public gathering was managed by the PTI youth wing, Insaf Students, party leadership, candidates of PTI, but main contribution for this big rally was the activists of PTI Tabdeeli Razakars, district coordinator PTI, Tabdeeli Razakars Khanewal Misaq Anjum was the focal person. Addressing a public gathering local leadership of PTI, said that other political parties ruled the country a number of times but they failed to address the real problems of the masses.
He said if voted to power they will bring change in the system in the first term.
Abdul Mujib Zahid from Muzaffargarh adds: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that his party will introduce the Local Bodies system after coming into power.
Addressing a public gathering at Sports Ground here on Friday, he said that farmers problems would be resolved on priority basis in the government.Imran said no MNA or MPA will be given funds in the name of development projects and only local authorities will have access to money allocated for the benefit of the people.Imran said that he will bring pride to Pakistan during his tenure.
He said he alongwith other Pakistanis - will stand by the oppressed, the minorities and the poor.
Imran further told the people to prepare for the change as elections are just few days away.
Nawabzada Mansoor Ahmed Khan, Mian Sajid Naeem Qureshi,Sardar Abdul Haya Khan Dasti, Syed Jamil Shah Bukhari, Sardar Arshad Khan Qalandran and other were present on the occasion.
