What makes you say so categorically?

I thought for a second..

1. because the driver should have her from a distance and
2. she (the dancer) should have seen the car coming

But still it is possible both made a huge omission.

Looks quite real specially if you view it frame by frame , and looks quite
serious. You can tell the face expression change quickly right after the hit

The montage may at first glance seems "good"... it isn't... You can check a speedup frame plus a wrong "cut" btw the first contact with the car and the second frame when she's on top of it... you will see her being a the limit of the car and in the second one, on the middle of it...
