Owaisi from my understanding, has condemned this, but you cannot do much when the entire state machinery is at the disposal of radical Hindus. Radical Hindus, as you have seen in the start of the thread can easily make threats against Muslims, while on the other hand, Muslims will be arrested and jailed for merely listening to Pakistani songs.

I dont buy that most Indians are not Radical. These extremist hindus has verbal approval from 50% of Hindus and probably 30% more give silent approval. Maybe only 10% is against them or stand up against them.

I agree, there is definitely implicit approval from the mainstream. These are the same people who have been reinforcing the caste system and prejudice to people below them for centuries upon centuries, so no one should be misled that these are good, moral people. The distinction I make is between people who are too cowardly to put their beliefs into practice and the ones extreme enough to do so.

Share whatever news you find with people you know and request them to do the same. We won't be able to change US/Western policy but I've seen some reactions from lawmakers and officials, especially in the Gulf. The current coverage of these people HAS made an impact, though very negligible.

What is shocking is the minimal response in Pakistan. More people need to know and be made aware of every single riot.
