Great development for Vietnam. I congratulate the Vietnamese people who made the economic growth possible. It was bound to happen and it will continue like that. You have an efficient government and, definitely smarter than your peers. Not necessarily you copied from China. Even though you did, no harm, but only kudos to you. We do not deny how much we learned from Japan, Singapore, and others.

Your development is in a sense our development. You cannot stop positive externalities. Hence, you are in fact helping us by helping yourself. And we have been doing the same. You really want to burden China? Stay low-developed, backward, and with no consumption capacity with a lot of social problems. That's what we do not want to see.

some of the cost sensitive industry will surely transfer to low cost countries like VN, where workers get 150-250 USD per month.
Yet does it make you proud?
When China is transferring to high tech high profit industry, making some money from cheap labor will make you very happy and proud?
