Vietnam launched 5G network through its relationship with Ericsson

the specific implementation of ARM and the peripheral design is what matters. Otherwise a 32-bit microcontroller running at 200 MHz is also ARM, 2 GHz+ is also ARM.

I also said nothing about ARM, just Ericcson. No matter how bad Huawei is, Ericcson is worse.
What I understand is ARM design is a further development of RISC design. The idea behind that is that CPU runs faster with reduced instruction sets. In contrast to classical CPU that has full command sets. Microcontroller as such has nothing directly related.
Huawei does not develop CPU. Huawei buys IP and license from ARM, that in turn buying license from the US (software), machineries (Germany, Swiss).

Many microcontroller use ARM architecture.

isn't ericsson heavily dependent on huawei?
U mean Huawei sold 5G tech to VN through Ericsson ? Why don't u guys ask help from Huawei to make your own 5G,too as u guys r Iron brothers ?

As I know, Huawei didn't even help u guys to make ur own 4G.
