Vietnam, India to hold defense dialogue.

Vietnam’s Deputy Defense Minister Nguyen Chi Vinh met Tuesday with Indian ambassador Ranjit Rae in Hanoi as part of preparations for an upcoming defense policy dialogue, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
The seventh dialogue of its kind is expected to see the two countries’ representatives discuss measures to improve their regional strategic cooperation and collaboration in several areas including the defense industry, military health, and search and rescue operations, the report said.

Vinh spoke of the need for the military establishments of both countries to improve cooperation in many areas including human resources training and information technology in the future.

The Indian ambassador conveyed an invitation from Indian Defense Minister A.K. Antony to his Vietnamese counterpart Phung Quang Thanh, to visit India, the news agency reported.

I am very keen for our soldiers to learn some guerilla jungle tactics from Vietnamese Army. They bunted out a superpower and a wannabe-superpower at the same time using these techniques. There's got to be some meat in their techniques which will help us fight terrorists hiding in jungles.

A$$ burn or you can said that some Indians are just too over excited by dragging China into discussion...I just tried to calm them down or offer alternative solution...India is not a threat to China, not now nor in the long distance future, but we like to take part of Indian sensational discussion especially subject relate more less to China.

Your special team can learn how to cover with special mud , it can't be detected by enemy Night vision devices, dog , snake etc. So, it makes you almost invisible
