Slavery is NOT permitted in Islam. Best if you read something before coming up with such garbage. It was the arrival of Islam in the 6th century AD that rid the Arabs of their slave concept.

Slavery is now banned, and most Muslim scholars agreed with that fact, so in Islam, if learned scholars agree on something it becomes an Islamic law

Why blame Arabs? When South Asians are glad to sell their children for few thousand rupees.

Even many South Asian parents beat their own children like animals. So it's not like they would have been treated any better if they stayed with their own parents.

Like I said slavery is legal in there. So I don't see a problem. What can you do if parents their children to be slaves?
